Shipping Policy
Order Processing & Dispatch
All orders are custom made individually for each customer.
Once shipped, orders typically take 2–3 weeks to arrive, depending on the destination country and local postal operations.
Triangular Shipping System
We use a triangular shipping method to avoid customs delays and ensure a smoother international delivery.
Because of this system, tracking numbers may not be available for all destinations.
Delivery Responsibility
Once an order has been shipped, the responsibility is transferred to the postal carrier.
We are not responsible for delays, losses, or delivery issues arising from factors outside of our control, including but not limited to:
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer
- Recipient unavailable or not found
- Package refused or unclaimed
- Local customs retention, import restrictions, or rejection
- Postal service delays in the destination country
- Any other circumstance dependent on the carrier or local authorities
In such cases, no refunds or reshipments will be issued.
Custom-Made Products – No Refund Policy
All products sold through our store are custom-made formulations, prepared individually upon order.
Due to the nature of the items, we cannot accept cancellations, returns, or provide refunds once the order has been placed and prepared.
Please ensure you review your order details carefully before completing your purchase.
Customs & Import Regulations
The buyer is fully responsible for verifying their own country’s customs regulations before placing an order.
In the unlikely event that a package is held, delayed, or rejected due to customs, we cannot issue refunds nor resend the item.
