Shipping Policy

We usually ship the items in 2 working days after getting order and ETA for buyers is 2-3 weeks using registered post. However, in the unlikely case of not getting the item because of your country customs we will not be able to refund or resend the items.

Be aware of your country restrictions before making an order.

In case of non satisfaction, kindly drop us a mail at support@ultimatehairshop.com and we will work it out with you. In the unfortunate case, we both dont reach any consensus, you will have to ship the item back to us and we will refund the cost of item.
